Katherine Smith, CPA earned her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and her Master of Accountancy from the University of South Florida in Tampa. Katherine has over 20 years of tax and accounting experience in the Tampa Bay area. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  Throughout her career, Katherine has earned a number of financial and professional licenses, including the prestigious CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation (certified from 2006-2011), Mortgage Broker, FINRA securities broker, and Life, Health, and Annuities agent.

While today she focuses solely on her CPA practice, the vast knowledge and expertise that she gained through these has helped her to acquire a much deeper understanding of her clients’ needs, in turn, providing them with not just answers – but with real solutions.
